Really helpful in building up a new bike. My only gripe is when they are really backed up with work.... they had a mix-up on my installation, but did resolve it after things slowed down.

Beware of Freewheel Bicycle's return policy. When you buy something, they will offer to "recycle" the box for you. What they won't point out is that, without the box, you won't be able to return the product.
